Our Mariposa design is a 1,400 SF, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath home that is bold and contemporary yet scaled to mesh beautifully with the the West Altadena neighborhood of modest 1 story homes. The project not only rebuilds but builds back better. With many resilient features, we are working to make the next generation of Southern California houses both Sustainable and Fire Resistant. The two part package of Sustainability and Fire Resistance works well to address some of the biggest challenges that our region will be faced with over the coming decades.
