Altadena Spanish Revival Fire Rebuild - In Progress

We have been tasked with bringing back the beloved Spanish Revival home of an Altadena family. Preserving the neighborhood character of Altadena is very important to the homeowners and we couldn’t agree more. We are working to sensitively update the home while respecting the past and helping make the home more resilient in the process. Updates will include fire resistant design strategies, green design upgrades as well as improving the site flow and access to outdoor space.
