Altadena Fire Rebuild - Mariposa Contemporary Design - Coming Soon!

Our Mariposa design is a 1,400 SF, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath home that is bold and contemporary yet scaled to mesh beautifully with the the West Altadena neighborhood of modest 1 story homes. The project not only rebuilds but builds back better. With many resilient features, we are working to make the next generation of Southern California houses both Sustainable and Fire Resistant. The two part package of Sustainability and Fire Resistance works well to address some of the biggest challenges that our region will be faced with over the coming decades. For example, The building envelope made up of walls and roof, can be highly insulated to help conserve energy while also being built of Class A fire resistant materials. The window systems are thermally advanced and will help our client use less energy, while the tempered glass and other materials help make the window systems fire resistant. We are finding we can do more with less. And are working to design more affordable rebuilds from the get go. Ones that are more efficient to build, cost less and build quicker.
