In the Works – We are deep into the Preservation Planning for this early Rudolph Schindler designed Triplex.  The Landmarked building contains Schindler’s early experimentation with many systems and design themes that show up in his later work including slab cast concrete, Schindler’s four foot proportional design system, exposed redwood and concrete finish materials, corner bay windows and his well-known compositional style of wrapped and folded architectural forms.
