HISTORIC PRESERVATION:

Monterey Trailer Park. Masterplanning and project Implementation for a two acre Historic Trailer Park. The multi stage project involves rehabilitating a series of original 1920’s era Auto Camp Cabins and planning for new state of the art trailers. Los Angeles, Phase 1, estimated completion 2016 Plum Architects.

Grand Avenue Poolhouse. Designer and Project Manager for a new freestanding pool house for the Freeman A. Ford House, a Pasadena Landmark Designated house designed by Greene & Greene Architects in 1908. Pasadena, CA, 2012. Joint Venture with Louisa Van Leer Architecture and Plum Architects.

EDUCATIONAL:

Hillside Elementary School, San Lorenzo School District. Co-Designer and Project Architect , freestanding library, three room classroom building and site improvements including a large scale collaborative public art installation with Plum and the Student Body, 8,000 SF, San Lorenzo, CA, 2011 Plum Architects.

Filipino Education Center Junior High School, San Francisco Unified School District. Designer and Project Architect for anew two story four classroom building with lunchroom on a tight urban site. San Francisco, CA, 2006, Plum Architects.

UC Berkeley Units 1 & 2 Student Housing. Designer and Project Architect for 90,000 SF of public spaces within two city blocks of student housing. The project involved renovation and new construction on twin sites including all public student spaces with recreation rooms, computer centers, classrooms, conference center, student and faculty offices and mailroom organized by a series of light courts. Berkeley, CA, 2005, EHDD Architects.

MUSEUMS and LIBRARIES:

Southwest Museum of the American Indian. Designer and Project Manager for Conceptual Design Proposals for a 1920’s National Register of Historic Places Designated Museum on Mt. Washington. The conceptual design will include revitalization of the existing, historic museum, increasing the museums square footage to allow for traveling exhibitions, upgrades to museum conservation facilities, ADA and Life Safety Upgrades, enhancing connections to Public Transit and increasing parking capacity. Walnut Creek Public Library. Designer and Project Architect – Schematic Design for a 40,000 SF Library and Freestanding parking garage for 250 cars located in a historic park. PGE Savings by Design Program. Walnut Creek, CA, 2001, EHDD Architects.

Monterey Peninsula Community College Library. Project Architect – 68,000 SF Library and Technology Center overlooking Monterey Bay. Monterey, California, 2002, EHDD Architects.

COMMERCIAL/RETAIL/ENTERTAINMENT:

Boudin at the Wharf. Project Manager and Designer – A new 25,000 SF working bakery, restaurant, exhibits and Retail Space for San Francisco’s oldest sourdough bread company located on historic Fisherman’s Wharf. San Francisco, CA, 2004. EHDD Architects.

Gazoontite Store Prototype and Flagship Store. Designer and Project Architect – Retail concept and display fixtures for allergy prevention store. Store design focuses on promoting air quality with selection of materials with zero volatile organic compounds and charcoal air filters in the mechanical systems. San Francisco, California, 1999, McCall Design Group.

Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Bombay Company. Worked closely with the Gap Corporate design team as their architect of record. Project Architect for over twenty stores, comprising both store prototype design and roll-outs for retail locations across the country. 1997- 1999, McCall Design Group.
